Last week I wrote a blog I called Are you Curious? which was primarily to amuse but which had a serious point to make about being curious rather than judgmental.
But being curious isn't as easy as it sounds. Listening to the insights and opinions of other people is a critical part of strategic decision making, but the ability to listen requires deliberate cultivation.
It can be hard for business owners who tend to focus on presenting their own opinions, rather than on listening to what others have to say.
