There has started to be comment in the media about Making Tax Digital. Subscribers to my blog will know that we've been writing about this for a couple of years, ever since the on/off programme initiated by HMRC in 2016, which will finally result in the introduction of MTD in April 2019.
Much of what I have read has been confusing, inaccurate and scaremongering so I decided to write my own jargon-free guide for business owners, which you can access here. There is no opt in required.
