Today I'm in Birmingham at the Entrepreneurs Circle for a course on 'Knowing - and tracking - the key numbers in your business'.
You're right, I should know most of the content on offer but as a livelong learner you never know what you can pick up from the 'youngsters' in the
profession and as I've pointed out before there's a L before earning for a reason.
But preparing for the course reminded me of an email I wrote earlier this year all about knowing your numbers and the consequences of getting it wrong. Here it is again if you missed it.
