On Sunday 6 May, the UK’s leading pet wellbeing charity, PDSA will host
PetLife Festival ’18, a one day music festival - where dogs are welcome - at Cheltenham Racecourse. As you may know I am a Trustee of the PDSA and every year we have to raise £100 million to fund our 48 veterinary hospitals across the UK.
The festival is designed for music fans, pet lovers and their canine companions with a pawsome live music line-up featuring Kaiser Chiefs, Jessie J and The
Vamps. The event starts at 11am and will carry on into the evening.
Tickets for the festival are now on sale with all proceeds going to PDSA to help provide life-saving veterinary care for the 470,000 sick and injured animals the charity cares for each year.
PDSA, which is celebrating its 100th birthday,
recognises that pets are a huge part of family life so for this special anniversary year it has created a festival that invites dogs to be part of the fun of the day and provides entertainment for pet and music lovers alike.
As well as the live music line-up, visitors to the event can explore a whole host of different festival areas including a performance arena, pet wellbeing zones, 2km and 5km walking
routes, dog training and play spaces, a farmer’s market and food and shopping areas.
Tickets are very reasonably priced at £38 for adults, £15 for children and £95 for a family. And if you want to push the boat out there are VIP tickets which include access to the dedicated VIP area with a private bar and catering plus VIP viewing close to the stage.
I will be there throughout the day so if you do come along please rock up and say hi.
