Are you paying too much tax?

Hi

I may have mentioned that HMRC's online software doesn't always get the amount of tax you owe right.

An example is employment income of £40,000, dividends of £7,000. Tax is correct at £6,200. Then add a net pension contribution of £2,000 – according to HMRC the tax goes up to £6,325!

Bonkers!

I have software that will check every return before filing.

Don't you owe that to yourself? Why pay more than you owe?

Its £97 to get peace of mind. Drop me an email to noel@guilfordaccounting.co.uk.
