Hi
It's not often you get an offer like that! But as I just did it I'd thought I'd better share it with you.
Now although we are an accounting practice we don't send a huge amount of mail. Most routine correspondence with
clients is via email, but we still have to send out engagement letters, accounts, tax returns and all the other paraphernalia that come with being a service business in the post. And that means having stationery, printers, ink and stamps, not to mention the trip to the post office.
Enter my friend Steve Walker who I first met a couple of years ago when I was speaking at an FSB event. Steve is the
owner of Foojit which is an automated done for you mailing service or as he calls it 'the leanest, greenest, smartest way to send your business correspondence'.
And he is right.
Now like you probably are,
I thought this will either be expensive to set up or technically challenging (not that it needed to be very technical to challenge me!). But to my great delight it is neither.
Set up is free and Steve will talk you through the few steps required to install his (also free) software. You deposit some credit in your account and you are ready to go. I know....I was amazed
too.
And when you want to send some correspondence you just click print - as you would if you were printing it yourself - select Foojit from your printer list and attach the correspondence and any attachments.
Because Steve buys in bulk his prices are less than it would cost you to do it yourself and he cuts out those annoying trips to the post office.
Give him a call or click on this link to his website to find out more. It's not often you get to save money and
time.
