You have probably heard me say that the most important asset in any owner-managed business is your database, or customer list whether it is a list of names and addresses or a sophisticated CRM system. After all - as the saying goes - the money is in the list.

Which is easy to say when you have a list, but building a list of quality prospects can be an up hill struggle. To start building your list there are many pieces of the puzzle that need to be in place.

A working list building system is like a finely tuned engine: if you leave one piece out the whole thing doesn't work.
